Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare seeks an clinician for ongoing outpatient cardiology coverage in the United States. The role involves one week of coverage per month with 5-10 patients daily and 4-6 new patients per session. You will perform Echo, stress, EKG, nuclear, and TEE procedures in a busy outpatient setting.

Hospital privileges are required. Weatherby provides paid malpractice insurance, pre-paid travel and housing expenses, and 24/7 consultant support, as part of a dedicated locum tenens program

Qualifications

• Hospital privileges required.
• Ongoing coverage—one week per month.
• Outpatient cardiology office setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing coverage in outpatient cardiology.
• See 5-10 patients per day with 4-6 new patients per session.
• Perform Echo, stress, EKG, nuclear and TEE procedures as required.
• Coordinate with facilities and entry of time and details in the online portal.
