Job summary
LocumTenens.com is seeking a board-certified Cardiologist for a 6-month locum tenens assignment at a cardiovascular program in Centre Hall, Pennsylvania. The role requires day shifts Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-site coverage and an overnight call component; 8 shifts per month.
The facility supports inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular care with APP support and established protocols.
Qualifications
- Board-certified Cardiologist with expertise in non-invasive cardiovascular disease management.
- Experience providing care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Ability to work day shifts with overnight call coverage.
Responsibilities
- Provide general non-invasive cardiovascular disease management across inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM on-site.
- Participate in overnight call coverage (8 shifts per month for an initial 6-month commitment).
- Collaborate with APPs and other clinical staff to deliver patient care.
