Job summary

Odyssey Locums seeks a board-certified Cardiologist to cover inpatient rounding and cardiac testing near Jackson, OH. Start ASAP with ongoing coverage. Two positions: Inpatient Rounding/Pager Call and Cardiac Testing.

Typical hours are Mon-Fri, 7am–5pm. EMR is MediTech; 110 beds. Credentialing is 45 days or less with a clean file. Some weekday call; no weekends. Includes a $2,000 referral bonus for referrals who work 160 hours, plus housing, car rental, and tail coverage as part of the package.

Qualifications

• OH license or IMLC acceptable.
• Board certified in Cardiology.
• ACLS, BLS required.
• TEE, Tilt table and Conscious sedation required.
• Mon-Fri 7am-5pm; some weekday call, no weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient rounding/pager call.
• Cardiac testing including echocardiography and TEE; Nuclear Cardiology.
• Collaborate with NP to share patient load.
