Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced clinician to provide inpatient and outpatient care with Monday through Monday coverage. Responsibilities include patient rounds, consults, call duties, echocardiography, and pacemaker placement in a high-acuity setting.

Candidates must have ICU experience and are expected to manage 13-18 patients per shift with 1-3 admissions daily, perform 4-6 phone consults per 24 hours, and deliver comprehensive patient care with strong communication

Qualifications

• ICU experience required.
• Proficiency in echocardiography and pacemaker procedures.
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient and outpatient rounding, including patient rounds and consults.
• Handle call duties and perform echocardiography and pacemaker placements.
• Manage 13-18 patients per shift with 1-3 admissions daily.
• Conduct 4-6 phone consults per 24 hours.
