Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing seeks a Board-certified electrophysiologist for locum tenens coverage in Duluth, MN. The role includes EP device implantations and managing arrhythmia care across inpatient and outpatient settings.

The assignment runs ASAP through ongoing periods with a Mon–Fri schedule, two weeks per month of coverage. Epic EMR is used for documentation, and privileges are expected to be established promptly.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in electrophysiology.
• Must hold MN medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications; Fellowship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide locum tenens coverage for electrophysiology services, including device implantation (pacemakers, ICDs).
• Manage inpatient and outpatient consultations for cardiac arrhythmia patients.
• Perform rounding on hospitalized patients as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
• Document patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR.
