Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking providers for a hospital-based role in Wisconsin, with Monday–Friday coverage from 7 am to 3 pm and pager call. The position supports both inpatient and outpatient services, covering general, ortho, regional, OB, and healthy pediatric cases.

A one-week-per-month minimum availability is requested, with pre-op clinics affecting 5–10% of patients. All travel and housing are pre-paid, and malpractice insurance is provided.

Responsibilities

• Work in inpatient and outpatient hospital settings.
• Handle general, ortho, regional, OB, and healthy pediatric cases.
• Pre-op clinic – 5 - 10% of patients meet complex criteria.
• Caring for adult and healthy pediatric population.
• Shift involves 7 am–3 pm with pager call coverage.
• Average 15 patients per shift.
• 1 week per month minimum availability.
• Manage assignment details and time entry in online portal.
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses.
• 24-hour access to Weatherby Healthcare consultant.
