Weatherby Healthcare is seeking an experienced anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage in Virginia. The assignment includes spinal and epidural anesthesia, with general, orthopedic, vascular, pediatric, and OB cases in Rockingham area.

Call is solo on weekdays 7 am – 3 pm, Mon–Fri, with weeknight and weekend call requirements; scope excludes cardiac, neuro, and thoracic cases. Weatherby provides paid malpractice, travel and housing, and dedicated support via an online portal and consultant

Qualifications

• Anesthesiologist licensed to practice in Virginia.
• Experience with spinal and epidural anesthesia.
• Capable of regional anesthesia and complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia coverage for general, orthopedic, vascular, pediatric and OB cases as listed.
• Manage solo call with 1:6 weekend rotation.
