Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is assisting with locum tenens coverage in a high-volume surgical facility near Los Angeles. Assignments typically include 8-hour shifts, with days, evenings, and nights required; coverage is approximately 1–2 weeks per month.

The case mix is broad: general, spinal, epidural, regional, OB, neuro and thoracic, including complex vascular and orthopedic cases. Travel and housing are prepaid, malpractice is provided, and you’ll have 24/7 access to a Weatherby consultant.

Qualifications

• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Ob and complex surgical cases experience requested.
• Stroke-certified facility experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide locum tenens coverage as assigned.
• Coordinate with Weatherby consultant for placement.
• Maintain clinical standards during shifts.
