Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a locum pain management physician for a versatile position in New Mexico. The role spans outpatient clinic and OR-based pain management with extensive interventional procedures.

Expect injections, RFA, epidurals, kyphoplasty, and nerve blocks, with a very low narcotics focus (≈10% of patients). Flexible scheduling includes 2 weeks per month, with varied shifts and travel/ housing arrangements provided by CompHealth.

Qualifications

• Extensive pain management procedures required including injections, RFA and epidurals.
• Kyphoplasty and nerve blocks are part of routine practice.
• Outpatient clinic and OR-based pain management setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pain management in outpatient and OR settings.
• Perform injections, RFA, epidurals, and advanced regional techniques.
• Manage kyphoplasty and nerve blocks as part of patient care.
• Coordinate with scheduling, credentialing, and time-entry portals.
