Job summary

77 Consultants is seeking a board-certified Anesthesiologist for an on-site locum role in Omaha, Nebraska. You will provide general, regional, and local anesthesia across surgical and procedural settings, collaborating with surgeons, nursing staff, and the perioperative team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

The position offers flexible schedule options, paid travel and expenses, and a professional environment using Epic EMR for documentation.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency.
• Board-certified or eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Active medical license in Nebraska.

Responsibilities

• Provide preoperative assessment and anesthesia planning.
• Deliver general, regional, and local anesthesia safely.
• Monitor vitals and manage intraoperative changes.
• Oversee postoperative pain management.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and care team.
