Locum Tenens.com is seeking an anesthesiologist for an inpatient OR assignment in Mississippi. The clinician will supervise CRNAs and provide anesthesia services across a mixed surgical caseload on 10-hour day shifts, with beeper calls during weekdays and in-house calls on weekends.

Board-certified physicians with an active Mississippi license are preferred. This PRN opportunity begins in October and continues ongoing to address staffing needs in the Anesthesia Department.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Anesthesiology.
• Active medical license in Mississippi.
• PRN ongoing coverage starting October, with sporadic dates as listed.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services under physician supervision.
• Supervise CRNAs and be prepared to perform independent cases as needed.
• Manage a varied surgical caseload including General, Orthopedic, Endoscopy, OB, and GYN procedures.
• Handle 10-hour day shifts with beeper and in-house call as required.
