Job summary
AMN Healthcare is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support in New York. The role requires board certification/eligibility, ACLS, and BLS, with physician-led supervision and a 7‑OR facility. Shifts are Day 8 with call obligation during business hours.
License must be unrestricted; CPRS EMR is used. Benefits include malpractice coverage and travel/Lodging coordination by AMN. Start ASAP.
Qualifications
- Board certified/board eligible anesthesia physician required.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
- Unrestricted medical license in any state accepted.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for surgical cases in a physician‑led team.
- Support perioperative patient care from pre‑op to post‑op.
- Participate in on‑call schedule Monday–Friday with responsibilities.
- Collaborate with surgical teams and supervise OR operations.
