Job summary

The role requires board certification and an active Indiana license, with no call responsibilities and flexible credentialing processes to support locum coverage.

Qualifications

• Board certification is required for the role.
• Active Indiana medical license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia services for general cases.
• Perform all blocks independently.
• Work Monday through Friday, with exit times per OR schedule.
