Job summary

Aditi Consulting seeks a Mechanical Engineer to provide hands-on engineering support for locomotive ventilation systems, battery thermal management units, and related subsystems across battery-electric, hybrid, and diesel-electric platforms.

You will work closely with design, manufacturing, test, sourcing, and program teams to resolve production issues, support validation testing, and implement design changes.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3-6 years of engineering experience and manufacturing support experience.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing and shop-floor support for Erie operations.
• Lead test planning, instrumentation, and validation activities.
• Support ventilation and battery cooling systems and BOM/drawing Updates.
• Coordinate with Quality, Sourcing, and Suppliers.
