Qualifications

• Experience with diesel engines or electrical systems is essential.
• Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Previous military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain locomotives to FRA standards efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and repair locomotive mechanical/electrical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.

Skills

Proven troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems

Knowledge of EMD locomotives

Ability to diagnose problems in a timely manner

Comfortable working around high voltage and rotating equipment

Fluent in English

Education

Valid Driver's License and/or valid TWIC card

18 years or older
