Fulton County Government is seeking a skilled locksmith to evaluate, repair, and install locks for county facilities. The role involves coordinating with vendors, handling work orders, and maintaining lock hardware to ensure security across multiple buildings.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, three years of locksmith experience, and a valid Georgia driver's license. On-call duties may be required to address security emergencies.

Qualificações

• A High School Diploma or GED is required, supplemented by three years of experience in the locksmith trade; any related field; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates lock repairs and installations with contracted vendors.
• Receives work order requests and performs lock system changes for doors, and high-security locks, and cuts new keys as needed.
• Maintains tools and supplies for peak performance; prepares and submits requisitions for new supplies as needed.
• Responds to emergency service calls and serve on a 24-hour on-call basis as required.
