What is the work?
Sanitation / Maintenance:

1. Maintains the Store's cleanliness and safety with a sense of urgency and prioritization, including floors, windows, break rooms, and restrooms
2. Maintains fulfillment of department hand wash sinks, such as paper towels, soap, sanitizer
3. Cleans and picks up trash and debris from flower beds and yard around the Store
4. Uses H-E-B chemical program and correctly organizes / maintains stock in maintenance room
5. Empties and cleans trash receptacles throughout the store and each department
6. Ensures food safety and sanitation standards are achieved by following SOPs
7. Communicates maintenance needs, problems, or solutions to Store Leaders

Customer Service:

1. Works with / around customers; attends to their needs
2. Assists customers in the location of product
3. Performs all duties of Customer Service Assistant (CSA) when needed

What is your background?

1. Minimum age 18 (mandatory)
2. High school diploma or equivalent
3. Completion of Company Orientation, In-store orientation, Basics of Safety, Annual Food Handler, basic HAZMAT / Chemical Safety certifications upon hire
