Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Facility Ops Team Member to maintain cleanliness and deliver excellent customer service within the club. The role ensures the facility is clean, well-stocked, and presented to Life Time standards.

The position emphasizes routine cleaning tasks, towel handling, and locker room upkeep, while responding to member questions about Life Time products and policies. This is an hourly role located in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures
