Job summary

Pinehurst Resort is seeking a detail-focused individual to oversee the Men’s and Ladies Pinehurst Country Club Locker Rooms. You will ensure cleanliness, assist members and groups, and maintain locker operations and basic amenities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and flexibility to handle multiple duties in a dynamic hospitality setting, with a focus on professionalism and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one month related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to must perform duties in a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Replenish locker room supplies and maintain stock levels.
• Keep locker rooms clean, neat, and orderly; mop floors and trash removal.
• Maintain cleanliness of lower level areas at all times.
• Provide service to Members as needed and assist with shoe cleaning.
• Assist with needs of organized groups and member signups.
• Help Members with computer postings and Golf sign-ups.
• Issue lockers and manage keys; maintain locker signage.
• Report maintenance needs to management (e.g., lights).
• Assist Members with reserving bridge tables and setups.
• Attend staff meetings and maintain a high level of professionalism.
