Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking an diligent Facility Ops Team Member in Reston to uphold cleanliness and deliver standout member service. The role focuses on maintaining a spotless club, stocking supplies, and ensuring presentation meets Life Time standards.

You will handle daily maintenance tasks, manage towels and locker rooms, and respond to member questions while adhering to budgeted usage of cleaning products and materials. This full-time hourly position offers benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced club environment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures
