Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and welcoming while delivering friendly customer service.

The space must be clean, well stocked with supplies and meet Life Time’s standards of presentation. Duties include daily maintenance to ensure indoor and outdoor cleanliness and safety, towel processing and locker room upkeep, and responding to member inquiries about Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and ability to assist members.
• Ability to bend and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Stamina to stand and move around the club for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety through daily maintenance tasks.
• Wash, fold, and stock member towels; ensure locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensure locker room consumables and cleaning products follow department budget.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
