Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Lockbox Image Specialist in Cincinnati, OH. You will operate imaging equipment to capture checks and supporting documents, ensure image quality, and maintain documentation of issues while meeting daily production goals.

The role requires 1–3 years of imaging experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team in a fast-paced environment. Shift runs 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, with standard bank benefits and a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong PC skills including touch screen capability.

Responsibilities

• Image checks and corresponding documents using imaging equipment per processing instructions.
• Review captured images for accuracy and quality during processing.
• Meet unit goals for quality and productivity in support of SLAs.
• Operate all imaging machines and assist with training as needed.
• Document mechanical issues and coordinate with service providers for resolution.
• Perform jam recovery and recapture rejects in a timely manner.
• Follow daily maintenance and start/end shift procedures.
• Maintain clean work area and meet production deadlines.
