Simard Automotive Inc in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Location Manager to lead our fast-paced multi-service store. You will oversee fast lube, full-service mechanical repair, and tire service, while ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer experiences.

You will coach service advisors and technicians, drive store performance, and uphold our values of integrity and dependability. ASE certifications are preferred, and a servant-leader mindset helps you lift the team every day.

Qualifications

• Extensive service advisor experience with front counter duties.
• Ability to estimate and manage a busy repair shop schedule.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations of a busy multi-service store: fast lube lanes, mechanical bays, and tire service.
• Oversee the customer experience from first phone call to final handshake.
• Coach and develop service advisors and technicians into high performers.
• Drive store performance: car count, sales, gross profit, and five-star reviews.
