Job Opening: Location Coordinator

We have a full-time opening for a Location Coordinator at ESFM, the corporate Integrated Facilities Management division of Compass Group USA.

Position Details

• Location: SAP - 601 108th Avenue North East, Bellevue, WA 98004 (Online applications only)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, hours may vary
• Requirements: Prior customer service and Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Job Summary

Ensure successful delivery of services for meetings and conferences by coordinating with clients, vendors, and staff. This role involves managing event logistics, maintaining conference facilities, and fostering vendor relationships. No supervisory duties are involved.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event operations with customers, vendors, and staff
• Review and fulfill room and facility requirements
• Inspect and maintain conference rooms for quality and safety
• Manage work order escalations and communicate with the team
• Maintain a detailed conference room database
• Handle materials logistics and support for events
• Build relationships with service vendors
• Perform additional duties as assigned
