Job Summary

Summary: Ensures successful delivery of services for meetings and conferences, coordinating with clients, vendors, and staff. No supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and staff for event operations.
• Review event schedules, ensure all requirements are communicated and met, coordinate with janitorial and facility staff.
• Inspect and maintain conference rooms for quality, safety, and standards.
• Manage work order escalations with vendors, clients, and coworkers.
• Communicate daily with team to meet customer needs.
• Create and maintain a conference room database with specifications, images, directions, AV capabilities, and inventory.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and delivery of materials, tracking all support items.
• Assist with loading and unloading catering materials.
• Build strong relationships with service vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
