Job summary

Aramark Location Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at client sites, stocking products, and ensuring equipment operates properly. Shifts include 3x12s, 4x10s, or 5x8s, starting early in the day to support client operations.

Role requires travel to other locations on short notice, a valid driver's license, and strong communication along with proactive problem-solving to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a role requiring interpersonal and customer service skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Client interaction, communication, organization/time management are critical to success.
• Ability to respond quickly to changing demands.
• Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to work efficiently and independently.
• Must be willing to travel to other locations with short notice.

Responsibilities

• Unload and stock daily inventory at the customer site, ensuring freshness by monitoring date codes.
• Manage ordering, delivery, and stocking of items at the client location.
• Communicate with customers' employees about new product interest.
• Use a laptop to manage PAR levels, product orders and client invoicing.
• Perform repairs to the best of your ability.
• Call in orders and service calls to head office.
• Distribute promotional materials and merchandise for the product line.
• Clean equipment and exchange decanters on each visit.
• Maintain a good working relationship with customers and report issues to the Route Sales Manager or GM.

The Location Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by ensuring that our customers' products are stocked appropriately. Ensure that customers' equipment is always operating properly, cleaned, and notify them of any new offers that may be of interest to them. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

The role pays $18.50 with the following shifts available:

• 3 days/week 12 hour shifts ; 5am-5pm
• 4 days/week 10 hour shifts ; 5am-3pm
• 5 days/week 8 hour shifts ; 7am-3pm

Job Responsibilities

• Unload and stock daily inventory at customer site, ensuring freshness of products by monitoring date codes
• Manage the ordering, delivery, and stocking of items at client location
• Communicate with customer's employees about new product interest
• Use a laptop computer to manage stocking PAR levels, product orders and client invoicing
• Performs repairs to best of ability.
• Calls in orders and service calls to head office.
• Distributes promotional materials and merchandises complete product line.
• Cleans equipment and exchanges decanters on each visit.
• Communicates with Route Sales Manager or General Manager regarding customers and reports on pending problems or on evidence of competitors in customer locations.
• Establishes and maintains a good working relationship and liaison with customers to project a positive image of the company and product.
