Job summary

Centific is seeking a Localization/Vendor Project Manager to lead localization programs on client sites, coordinating PMs, Directors, and project owners to ensure smooth delivery. The role balances multiple projects, negotiates specifics with clients, and assembles teams to drive on-time, on-budget results.

Extensive management experience in localization is required. You will monitor workflows, report progress, and collaborate with recruitment, HR, finance and IT to support program success while

Qualifications

• Experience managing a delivery team within the localization industry.
• College/University degree required.
• Strong problem-solving and clear communication skills.
• Leadership abilities including feedback, delegation, and confidence.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversees multiple localization projects for clients.
• Liaises between PMs and Directors/Project Owners.
• Meets with clients to provide project updates.
• Monitors project budgets and timekeeping records.
• Drives Lean initiatives to optimize workflows.
• Participates in hiring and onboarding of PM level staff.
• Ensures coverage of all duties within the process flow.
