Theseus is seeking a Localization Software Engineer in San Francisco to advance the core autonomy stack for visual positioning on drones. You will design localization algorithms that improve accuracy and reliability, and build tooling to accelerate model development across sensors and onboard compute.
You will also contribute to architectural decisions and test your work in real-world conditions, tackling challenging robotics problems on edge hardware.
Theseus is a defense technology company building visual positioning to solve reliability for the next 10 million drones. Were laser focused on solving localization on today\'s GPS-denied battlefield because we think it\u2019s the biggest blocker to physical intelligence on drones.
Our products are already being used in real operational environments today. Were a small team with high ownership and accountability, and were looking for engineers who want to move fast, build against real-world constraints, and see their work deployed in the field.
Were seeking a Localization Software Engineer to help build the core of our autonomy stack. Youll work on visual positioning systems that improve the accuracy, robustness, and reliability of Theseus products across sensors, onboard compute, and drone platforms.
