Dragonfly is seeking a Locale — Meal Delivery Driver for Monday shifts in Hayward, CA (94545). You will load meals at the hub, execute local delivery routes using the driver app, and return bags to the hub after completing each run.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with pay of $26–$28 per hour plus $0.35 per mile. Work windows are 9:00–12:00, 9:00–16:00, or 15:00–19:00; you must live near Hayward, own a suitable car, and be available every Monday long term.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Own a car (sedan, SUV or minivan) to use for deliveries.
• Able to carry a 20 lb box during routes.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Every Monday, a warehouse full of fresh, high-protein meals from Locale needs to land in Bay Area fridges. Drivers run home-delivery routes out of our Hayward hub (94545) — load up, run your route, come back for another if you want more hours.

Pay: $26–$28/hour + $0.35/mile.

Pick your window (Mondays only):

• 9am – 12pm
• 9am – 4pm
• 3pm – 7pm

Arrive 60 minutes before your window starts so we can load you in.

What the day looks like: Roll into the hub, load insulated boxes into your own car, run your route in the driver app, and drop the empty bags back at the hub.
