Job summary

Nokian Tyres is seeking a warehouse associate in the Distribution team in the United States. The role focuses on safe forklift operation, accurate receiving, picking, packing, loading, and data entry to keep inventory moving smoothly.

You will maintain stock organization, run routine reports, and assist with cycle counts while adhering to safety policies and quality standards. This is a full-time on-site position located in CT.

Qualifications

• Must have a HS diploma or GED.
• Experience in logistics/warehouse environment preferred.
• Lean/process improvement tools experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates logistics equipment safely to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Receives, inspects, and matches goods to invoices; picks and packs orders.
• Loads/unloads trucks and handles products weighing up to 85 lbs.
• Maintains organized stock by SKU and space for forklift access.
• Generates reports on damaged/overstocked items and escalates shortages.
• Inputs data into logistics systems and retrieves stored information.
• Notifies leadership of inventory shortages and assists with counts.
