Job summary

mSupply is a North American distributor of OEM repair parts and equipment serving the appliance, HVAC and plumbing industries. The Warehouse Driver role in Worcester, MA, is full-time and on-site, requiring a valid license, DOT certification, and warehouse experience.

You will deliver, load, and manage inventory while ensuring safety and excellent customer service. We offer comprehensive benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, 401k, vacation, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience driving professionally (box truck).
• 1+ years in a warehouse environment.
• Valid state driver’s license, DOT certification (1+ year), insurable driving record.
• Strong aptitude for math and numerical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional service and resolve issues for customers.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and fax courteously and efficiently.
• Build collaborative relationships with customers, vendors and teams.
• Safely deliver merchandise to customers, vendors and branches; verify loads.
• Maintain DOT certification, drive records, and report expirations promptly.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and follow delivery procedures.
• Use GPS and mobile devices; communicate with supervisors regularly.
• Support receiving, shipping, stocking, and order fulfillment activities.
• Sort and store inventory with accurate labeling and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
