Bay Area Video Coalition, Inc. seeks a local creative with a strong eye for photography and video to film on-site in downtown San Francisco and the Outer Richmond. The role starts with a paid 2–3 hour trial, focusing on capturing raw footage with no editing required.

On-site shoots include local businesses, customer interviews, testimonials, and explainers for future videos. Aware candidates will bring natural light awareness, clear narration, and people skills.

I’m looking for a local creative with a good eye for photography and video to help film on site in downtown San Francisco and the Outer Richmond.

We’ll begin with one paid 2–3-hour trial. The initial work is filming and delivery of organized raw footage. Editing is not required.

What we’ll film:

• A local business, its services, and supporting footage of the work.
• Customer interviews and testimonials.
• My own explainers, interviews and prompted talking-head content for future short- and long-form videos.

An iPhone is fine. I also have a Sony A7 available for shots where it helps. You do not need an expensive camera kit. A good eye for framing and natural light, clear recorded speech, reliability, and an easy manner with people are the priorities.

Students, recent graduates and people developing their portfolios are welcome. Prior school, personal or freelance examples are all useful. Selected work may be used in your portfolio with the relevant client and participant approvals.

Pay: $30–$50 per on-site hour, depending on relevant samples and fit. All requested work is paid; we’ll agree the total hours, setup/handoff scope and any travel or equipment costs before booking. Potential for further shoots if the trial works well; no guaranteed ongoing hours.

No new unpaid sample is required. We’ll choose based on existing work and a short conversation, then confirm the paid trial.
