Job summary

Overhaul Carriers in Lafayette, IN is seeking a CDL Class A driver for a home daily flatbed account. Requires 12 months of experience with at least 6 months on flatbed and emphasizes safety, logging accuracy, and timely deliveries.

The position offers weekly pay from $1,000 to $1,540, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and overtime after 40 hours. Home daily schedule is Sunday–Friday, 8pm–6am, with shuttle work and load duties.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license is required.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (urine and hair follicle).
• Moving violations: no more than 3 in last 3 years.
• No careless/negligent driving violations in past 3 years.
• No reckless driving violations in past 5 years.
• Accident: no more than 3 preventable accidents in CMV in past 3 years.
• Terminations within last year are a DQ.
• Felonies and misdemeanors: no felonies in past 7 years; no more than 2 misdemeanors in past 7 years.
• DUI/DWI: fewer than 2 DUIs in lifetime; older than 5 years requires review if related to narcotics.
