• No speeding violation of 25 mph or above in the past 3 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations within the past 5 years.
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years.
• Will review.
• None in the past 5 years (Experienced).
• None in the past 3 years (Trainee).
• Go by conviction date.
