Job summary

GEX Transport is seeking a CDL Class A driver for a Home Daily position around Fort Wayne, IN. Expect a Tuesday–Saturday schedule with 6:00 am starts and ~11-hour shifts. Operators will cover a 175-mile radius, about 1900 miles per week, delivering freight on time and performing pre/post trip inspections.

Requirements include minimum 3 months driving experience, age 21+, clean MVR, and the ability to pass DOT drug screening. Equal opportunity employer.

Overview

CDL Class A with steady pay and reliable freight for truck drivers, Home Daily position.

Experience Drivers

Minimum 3 months experience.

Compensation

$1530 to $1700 per week, plus $5,000 sign on bonus.

Home Daily

Tuesday to Saturday, Start time: 6am, Shift: 11 hours.

Operating Area

Drivers on this local job will operate in a 175-mile radius of Fort Wayne, IN. (1900 miles per week).

Duties

Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.

Requirements

• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen, Urine Test.

Moving Violation

No more 3 in the last 3 years.

Accident

• No more than one at fault accident.
• Recent at fault rollover in the past year.

Felonies and Misdemeanors

Will review.

Experienced: None in the past 5 years. Trainee: None in the past 3 years. Go by conviction date.
