Job summary

TCC Materials, a family-owned leader in cementitious products, is hiring a delivery driver based in Medford, MA. This role entails delivering and picking up products, with yard duties when not on the road, and a strong emphasis on safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, securing loads, and performing daily vehicle inspections. Benefits include medical, dental, life, retirement plans, PTO, wellness program, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret packing lists and delivery tickets.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Valid Department of Transportation CDL.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen and physical.
• Maintain compliant driving record per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up products in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work in the yard when not making deliveries.
• Follow safety procedures and secure loads before leaving the yard.
• Perform and record pre/post trip vehicle inspections per DOT standards.
• Assist with unloading/loading trucks as needed.
• Keep the yard clean, safe, and organized.
• Ensure orders are paid for before leaving the yard.
• Coordinate with Sales to fulfill orders accurately and timely.
