J.B. Hunt is hiring local Class A drivers in our Dedicated Contract Services business unit. Join a team dedicated to delivering freight to a single customer and returning home every day.

This role uses an activity-based payment plan to reward drivers for their commitment and increase income based on individual effort. Benefits include safety bonuses, paid online orientation, PTO accrual from day one, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage after 30 days.

This role is compensated using an activity-based payment plan to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.

• Average Weekly Gross $1615.38 Per Week


• Average Yearly Gross $84000.00 Per Year


• CPM $0.620 - $0.660 Per Mile


• Drop/Hook Pay $25.00 Per Stop


• Holiday Pay $200.00 Per Day


• New Hire Training $200.00 Per Day


• Outsource Rate $350.00 Per Day


• Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour


• Stop Pay $40.00 Per Stop

In addition to the number of activities completed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.

J.B.
