J.B. Hunt is hiring dedicated truck drivers for local routes around the Columbus, OH area. Drivers will operate within a 150-mile radius, with a Class A CDL.

The position offers an activity-based pay plan including per-mile pay, hourly bonuses, and various premiums for detention, live load/unload, safety pay, and other bonuses. Full-time staff enjoy benefits and a 401(k) with match. Earned pay includes a $1,416.25 weekly guarantee for the first 10 weeks, plus potential bonuses and year-round PTO

This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.

• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $78,000
• $1,416.25minimum weekly pay guarantee for the first 10weeks
• $0.73- $0.75per mile
• Detention pay: $15 perhour
• Live load/unload: $15per stop
• Miscellaneous hourly work: $15 per hour
• Safety training pay per hour: $20
• Daily home time
• Majority no touch freight
