This role is compensated using an activity-based payment plan to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.

• Detention Pay $15.00 Per Hour
• Drop/Hook Pay $18.00 - $20.00 Per Drop
• Holiday Pay $250.00 Per Day
• New Hire Training $200.00 Per Day

• Stop Pay $38.00 - $40.00 Per Stop
