Job summary

FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution is seeking experienced RNs for flexible, premium-pay assignments within Trinity Health Chelsea and surrounding regions. Shore up staffing with 3x12 day shifts and immediate start dates; assignments include travel and per diem options across multiple hospital locations.

Expect float responsibilities, rigorous clinical standards, and ongoing credential maintenance (ACLS/TNCC/BLS/PALS).

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s).
• 18 months of recent Med Surg/Tele/PCU experience; 2+ years for other specialties.
• Maintain credentials per specialty (e.g., ACLS, TNCC, PALS). BLS/ACLS/PALS via American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Act independently within licensure and scope of practice.
• Delegate, make decisions, and own outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement.
• Adapt to new ideas and manage competing priorities.

What you will do:

• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or throughout multiple hospital locations and/or regions

• Knows, understands, incorporates &demonstratesstandard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate

• Acts independently & appropriately within license, scope of knowledge & experience in practice area

• Retains accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomes

• Collaborates with key stakeholders & contributes to quality & improvement practices & outcomes

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.

• Minimum of eighteen (18) months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg,Teleand PCU.

• Minimum two (2) years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.

• Required to have andmaintainthe credentialsrequiredper their specialty area (ex:ACLS, TNCC,etc). BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association
