Job summary

Labatt Food Service is hiring Student Drivers to join our San Antonio-based operation serving Texas and New Mexico. You will deliver and unload 600–1,200 cases daily, learn tractor-trailer operation, and interact with customers across assigned routes.

This full-time program includes paid CDL training, $2,500 sign-on, a $1,500 referral bonus, and a retention bonus; weekend home time, comprehensive benefits, a 401(k), holidays and vacation.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A Permit or Class A CDL and proof of employment eligibility to work in the United States.
• Applicable candidates must pass pre-employment background check and motor vehicle report, drug test, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering and unloading 600 - 1,200 cases per day by hand at designated stops.
• Learning how to drive a tractor-trailer.

Labatt Food's Student Driver Program has graduated over 300 students since its origination. Labatt wants its drivers to have the safest fleet of trucks available. Trucks are equipped with the latest suite of radar and safety technology on the market, such as: adaptive braking and collision mitigation, lane departure warnings, and tire pressure monitoring on all tires. All our trucks are new and with automatic transmissions that will help with a smooth ride every day.

Student Drivers Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering and unloading 600 - 1,200 cases per day by hand at designated stops
• Learning how to drive a tractor-trailer
• Interacting with customers

Student Drivers Qualifications

• Must be able to provide a valid Class A Permit or Class A CDL and proof of employment eligibility to work in the United States
• Applicable candidates must pass pre-employment background check and motor vehicle report, drug test, and physical.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, with dispatch times between 1:0 am - 5:0 am to finish (10-12 Hour Shift)
