Job summary

Labatt Food Service, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking Student Drivers to join its logistics team in the United States. This role involves delivering and unloading 600–1,200 cases daily, learning tractor-trailer operation, and interacting with customers.

Training to obtain a Class A CDL is provided, with a supportive pathway to full-time employment. Schedule is Monday–Friday with early dispatch, and benefits include insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and career advancement

Labatt Food's Student Driver Program has graduated over 300 students since its origination. Labatt wants its drivers to have the safest fleet of trucks available. Trucks are equipped with the latest suite of radar and safety technology on the market, such as: adaptive braking and collision mitigation, lane departure warnings, and tire pressure monitoring on all tires. All our trucks are new and with automatic transmissions that will help with a smooth ride every day.

Student Drivers Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering and unloading 600 - 1,200 cases per day by hand at designated stops
• Learning how to drive a tractor-trailer
• Interacting with customers

Student Drivers Qualifications

• Must be able to provide a valid Class A Permit or Class A CDL and proof of employment eligibility to work in the United States
• Applicable candidates must pass pre-employment background check and motor vehicle report, drug test, and physical.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, with dispatch times between 1:00 am - 5:00 am to finish (10-12 Hour Shift)
