Bubba’s 33 in Texas is looking for a Local Store Marketer to help grow sales and guest loyalty by building strong ties with the local community and promoting Bubba’s 33 promotions.

You will work closely with the Managing Partner and management team to design and execute local marketing plans, events, and outreach that position Bubba’s 33 as a community leader. This role offers a dynamic work environment, growth opportunities, and a teammate-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing local store marketing programs.
• Ability to build guest loyalty and increase guest counts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing local store marketing programs to build guest loyalty and increase sales.
• Promote Bubba’s 33 in-house promotions.
• Build relationships with businesses, hotels, radio stations, and other local partners.
• Develop ongoing community events to position Bubba’s 33 as a community leader and boost brand awareness.
• Support PR efforts including media outreach and publicity events.
• Communicate progress and results with management and staff.
