Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Local Store Marketer to drive local sales by building strong community relationships and guest loyalty.

The role focuses on creating and executing local marketing programs, managing promotions, and expanding partnerships with local businesses and organizations. You will collaborate with management to promote offerings, run community events, and support PR efforts while contributing to a fun, rewarding work culture with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing local store marketing programs to boost guest loyalty, counts, and sales.
• Promote in-house promotions (Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards).
• Develop relationships with local businesses, hotels, radio stations and others.
• Foster ongoing relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, civic groups, etc.
• Plan and execute charitable and community events to raise brand awareness.
• Support public relations efforts including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events.
• Communicate regularly with leadership about programs, plans and results.

As a Local Store Marketer Your Responsibilities Would Include

• Assisting the Managing Partner and management team with the creation, development, and implementation of local store marketing programs that build guest loyalty, guest counts, check average, and overall sales
• Helping promote all Texas Roadhouse in-house promotions (Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards, etc.)
• Building relationships during food and bread runs with businesses, hotels, radio stations, etc.
• Helping establish positive and ongoing business relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, civic groups, etc.
• Helping develop and execute ongoing charitable and community events that position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader and build brand awareness
• Assisting in all public relation efforts including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events that promote Texas Roadhouse
• Communicating frequently with the Managing Partner, management team, and all employees (through Alley Rallies, etc.) about ongoing programs, plans, and results
