Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Local Store Marketer to drive local marketing programs and guest loyalty in the Parkersburg area. You will build relationships with community partners and promote store initiatives to boost guest counts and sales.

The role emphasizes networking, event planning, and collaboration with the store management team to execute campaigns and events that raise brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Local store marketing or community outreach experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Managing Partner with the creation and implementation of local store marketing programs to build guest loyalty and sales.
• Promote in-house promotions such as Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards.
• Build relationships with local businesses, hotels, radio stations, and retailers.
• Develop and execute charitable and community events to position the brand.
• Support PR efforts including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events.
• Communicate plans and results with leadership and employees.

As a Local Store Marketer Your Responsibilities Would Include

• Assisting the Managing Partner and management team with the creation, development, and implementation of local store marketing programs that build guest loyalty, guest counts, check average, and overall sales
• Helping promote all Texas Roadhouse in-house promotions (Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards, etc.)
• Building relationships during food and bread runs with businesses, hotels, radio stations, etc.
• Helping establish positive and ongoing business relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, civic groups, etc.
• Helping develop and execute ongoing charitable and community events that position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader and build brand awareness
• Assisting in all public relation efforts including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events that promote Texas Roadhouse
• Communicating frequently with the Managing Partner, management team, and all employees (through Alley Rallies, etc.) about ongoing programs, plans, and results
