The Driver Provider in North Phoenix, AZ is seeking reliable Shuttle Drivers to transport construction workers between the job site and designated locations. This local driving role offers a split-shift schedule and home daily, with no CDL required.

Each driver will follow routes, perform basic vehicle inspections, keep vehicles clean, and interact with passengers professionally while complying with safety procedures and dispatch updates.

Qualifications

• Must be 23 or older.
• CDL not required.
• Safe driving record.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Ability to work both portions of the split shift.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable working in an active construction environment.
• Ability to pass required drug testing and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely shuttle construction workers to and from designated locations within the construction site.
• Follow assigned shuttle routes and schedules.
• Provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation.
• Assist passengers when needed.
• Perform required vehicle inspections.
• Keep assigned shuttle vehicles clean and presentable.
• Communicate with Dispatch regarding delays or concerns.
• Follow all company and construction site safety procedures.
