Compensation
Pay Range: $50,000.00 - $62,500.00, depending on experience.
Job Overview
The Local Sales Representative is responsible for delivering the business plan for the assigned group of customers within their assigned geography. The role supports the Area Sales Manager of On‑Premise and plays a critical part in the profitable growth of the assigned account base within the respective markets. The LSR leads, initiates, and prepares all contract negotiations in partnership with the Area Sales Manager that are presented and shared with customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver volume, DNGP, revenue, and other key metrics for the assigned customer base by aligning against CCCI and customer priorities.
- Expand customer growth through new business acquisitions.
- Develop and maintain trusting relationships with each customer to influence purchasing decisions, implementing Look of Success (LOS).
- Identify the optimal mix of packages and brands for each outlet based on beverage categories and consumer/account needs.
- Conduct timely business reviews with each customer to identify gaps and present solutions to Management for review and approval.
- Track volume trends, brand/package voids, and opportunities for new products.
- Plan and prepare an effective and efficient process for time spent in the market with customers.
- Create a balanced schedule of time in the market and time spent on administrative duties.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners (Customer Care Center, Field Operations, Equipment Services, Retail Sales) to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and support.
- Prepare business reviews for customer presentation and construct contract documents for signing.
- Assemble all data and populate information into customer evaluations (EVA’s) for management approval.
- Complete all assigned capabilities training courses on time throughout the year.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong selling skills.
- Strong communication skills, both electronic and verbal.
- Proficiency with computer platforms (Office, iOS) and related technology and devices.
- Proficiency in Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong planning, organization, and administrative skills.
- Frequent driving and walking throughout the day; lifting up to 50 lbs.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Administration, or related field.
