Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, a leading bottler and distributor, is hiring a Merchandiser in Colorado. You will ensure shelves and displays are stocked, rotate products, and uphold store standards while building strong retailer relationships.

The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and weekend availability. The position offers a consistent schedule (5:00am–1:30pm, 5x8s) with $23.25/hour base pay, potential overtime, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all customer locations are stocked and rotated according to standards.
• Maintain back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers and availability.
• Build and maintain customer relationships while representing Swire Coca-Cola.
