Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola USA is seeking a Merchandiser to ensure customer locations are stocked and rotated to company standards. You will maintain shelves, displays, coolers, and back rooms while fostering strong relationships with store staff.

Schedule: 5:30am–2:00pm with overtime and weekend requirements; Pay: $24.50/hr. This role supports a family of Coca-Cola brands across multiple states and offers opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet policy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed by the business.

Responsibilities

• Restock shelves, displays, and coolers daily with proper labeling.
• Rotate products using first-in, first-out stocking.
• Build and place promotional displays as directed by supervision.
• Maintain organized back rooms and stock areas; report discrepancies.
• Attend meetings and assist with store events as assigned.
