Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola in Oregon is hiring a Store Associate to support daily restocking, shelf maintenance and displays across assigned stores. Shifts run 5:00am–3:00pm with overtime and weekend requirements; pay ranges from $23.17 to $25.75 per hour, with benefits including health coverage, retirement plan, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Qualified applicants are 18+, have a valid driver's license, and can lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
• Ability to travel to stores within routes with business-use vehicle insurance; not responsible for transporting products.

Responsibilities

• Utilization of technology and applications as required throughout the day.
• Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles with cleaning equipment to maintain a safe environment.
• Daily restocking of coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward.
• Rotate products to maintain quality using a first-in, first-out stocking system.
• Build displays and promotional items according to supervisor instructions and schedule.
• Maintain back rooms/back stock areas in a safe, accessible manner; prepare for return any credited product unfit for sale.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.
